Restaurant, QSR, and specialty food-and-beverage build-outs for national and specialty brands inside one of the busiest transit hubs in the country — delivered around live passenger traffic and fixed opening dates.

The Penn Station concourse never really closes. Penult has delivered a series of food-and-beverage build-outs there for national and specialty brands — including Chick-fil-A, Pret A Manger, Wasabi Sushi, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, Track Bar & Grill, and Penn Cellars — each with its own brand standards, kitchen requirements, and opening date, all executed around active pedestrian flow, restricted access, and off-hour work.
